BUT STRANGER STILL is heavily inspired by rose-engine's SIGNALIS, a survival-horror game in which the replika Elster embarks on a journey into a hellish facility overtaken by a mysterious disease. This game contains no story spoilers for SIGNALIS, and is not set in the same world (unless you want it to be).
